We install rooftop solar for homes and businesses across Ernakulam. You will run installations on site — not from a desk. You take a project from material dispatch to a commissioned, KSEB-approved, working plant, and you are the person who signs off that it was done right.

Today one person carries our field work. We are growing roughly 50% over the next six months and we need a second person who can own a site, not a second pair of hands who needs telling.

What you will do:

1. Running installations on site — mounting structure, DC and AC wiring, earthing, inverter mounting and configuration, supervising 2–4 helpers or contract labour.
2. Commissioning — inverter parameter setting, protection settings, anti-islanding and trip checks, insulation and earth testing, first energisation.
3. The technical record — recording panel, inverter and meter serial numbers at site, completing the commissioning checklist on site, taking the geo-tagged and serial-number photographs correctly the first time.
4. KSEB and inspectorate work — attending inverter testing, net meter installation and Electrical Inspectorate visits, and answering the technical questions asked there.
5. Quality and safety — you decide whether a plant is fit to energise. That call is yours, not the customer's and not the salesperson's.
6. Single line diagrams and technical drawings for standard residential and small commercial systems.

What we need:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / EEE / Electrical & Electronics — Essential
• 2+ years on rooftop solar installation, hands-on — Essential
• Commissioned a grid-tied solar plant yourself, start to finish — Essential
• Comfortable working at height on residential roofs — Essential
• Two-wheeler and a valid licence; willing to travel across Ernakulam daily — Essential
• Malayalam fluent; English or Hindi enough to read a datasheet and a manual — Essential
• Comfortable with software and AI tools — can work in an app-based system, photograph and upload records — Essential
• KSEB net metering process: annexures, inverter testing, net meter installation — Desirable
• Electrical Supervisor / Wireman licence (Kerala) — Desirable
• Drawn an SLD in AutoCAD or similar — Desirable
• Supervised a crew of 2–4 people — Desirable

What we offer:

• ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, set on what you can actually do, reviewed at confirmation.
• Daily allowance for field days under our travel policy, on top of salary.
• A real say in how the work is done. We are small enough that if you say a process is wrong, it changes.
• Structured 90-day probation with written reviews at day 30, 60 and 90 — you will always know where you stand.

What we do not offer: overtime pay. Long days on an ordinary working day are covered by the daily allowance, not by overtime. We would rather tell you that now than after you join.
